Zoology will introduce students to the life cycle, evolution, survival skills, classification and ecology of the major Phyla of animals. Students will be expected to develop an understanding of the major Phyla through lecture, lab and class activities. Students will be expected to demonstrate their knowledge through use in class, laboratory and exams. Laboratory will not always coincide with class since laboratory is designed to give a hands-on anatomical overview of species from various Phyla.
